Join at The Bridge for a range of stimulating activities, including the NOW Awards: 1st Edition, featuring a panel discussion, awards ceremony, and celebration with the NOW by Vision Expo Advisory Committee. The NOW Pavilion is located in the Union district and includes a handpicked range of frames and lenses that represent the most recent eyewear trends and breakthroughs.

Today, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Career Zone-Student Lounge will be back at Vision Expo East 2023. The Career Zone, located in the Attendee Lounge, will serve as a center for students and young professionals to network with participating organizations, many of whom are actively seeking fresh talent.

Today, the main stage of Vision Expo East continues to present educational panels and conversations aimed to teach, empower, and challenge participants.
Today, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., the National Federation of Opticianry Schools (NFOS) College Bowl, sponsored by EssilorLuxottica, will take place. The NFOS will present the first-place winner with $500 during a champagne toast at 1:45 p.m. at the OptiCon Hub, which will be modeled after a game show with questions on eye anatomy and physiology, ophthalmic dispensing, ophthalmic fabrication, contact lenses, and optics.
The Innovation Stage will hold two panels at The Bridge dedicated to industry-revolutionizing content and cutting-edge products and services. The first session, Introduction to “Envision” with Forma I, Lumecca I, and Morpheus8: A Revolution in Ocular Care Technologies, is sponsored by InMode. The second session, Utilizing IPL and LLLT to Address Surrounding Conditions to Alleviate DED, is sponsored by Essilor Instruments USA.
The Vision Expo Keynote talk, delivered by blind ultrarunner Jason Romero, will begin at 3:00 pm with a meet-and-greet with the speaker, followed immediately by his keynote presentation at 3:30 pm. The first fifty guests will get a copy of “Running into the Dark” by Jason Romero.
Starting at 4:30 p.m., the NOW Awards: 1st Edition will commence with an awards ceremony honoring items from exhibitors in a variety of categories that represent the industry’s most dynamic “talk of the show” trends.
