Mankind Pharma has established a variety of consumer healthcare brands in categories such as antacid powders (Gas-O-Fast), vitamin and mineral supplements (Health OK), and anti-acne preparations (AcneStar), among others.
Mankind Pharma, the maker of the best-selling condom brand Manforce Condoms and sponsored by the private equity firm ChrysCapital, has set the price range for its initial public offering at Rs 1,026-1,080 per share, valuing the company at Rs 43,264 crore at the upper end of the range.
The company intends to raise up to Rs 4,326.36 billion at the upper end of the price range.
The Delhi-based company previously announced that subscriptions for its IPO will open on April 25 and conclude on April 27. The anchor auction will commence on April 24. The crediting of equity shares will occur on May 8 and the listing of the stock on exchanges will occur on May 9.
The initial public offering comprises of the sale of up to 40.06 million shares by the company’s existing shareholders and promoters. The OFS includes approximately 3.71 million shares owned by Ramesh Juneja, 3.51 million shares owned by Rajeev Juneja, 2.80 million shares owned by Sheetal Arora, 17.41 million shares owned by Cairnhill CIPEF Ltd, 2.62 million shares owned by Cairnhill CGPE Ltd, 9.96 million shares owned by Beige Ltd, and 50,000 shares owned by Link Investment Trust.
