Adobe introduces generative AI to improve customer experiences 2023

software crucial Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE) has introduced new generative AI advancements throughout its Experience Cloud in an effort to revolutionize how organizations provide consumer experiences.

During the ‘Adobe Summit,’ the business announced that Adobe Experience Cloud clients would be able to effortlessly switch between Sensei GenAI services and current capabilities inside their workflows.

New generative AI from Adobe promises to revolutionize the user experience.

“Adobe has a long history of enabling AI as a co-pilot for marketers, and we have a vision for generative AI that covers the entire lifecycle of customer experience management, with the enterprise-grade security and data governance that our customers expect,” said Amit Ahuja, senior vice president of Adobe’s Digital Experience Business.

With Sensei GenAI, marketers and other teams responsible for the customer experience will have a co-pilot to boost their productivity without increasing their workload.

Adobe Firefly, a new family of creative generative AI models, will be integrated directly into the company’s Experience Cloud.

Adobe’s initial model, trained on Adobe Stock photos, publicly licensed content, and public domain content for which copyright has expired, will focus on images and text effects and is intended to create content that is suitable for commercial usage.

In the future, marketers will also be able to train Adobe Firefly on the brand’s own material, producing content that mimics the brand’s design language and style.

Sensei GenAI will enable marketers to immediately develop and change text-based experiences across all consumer touchpoints by leveraging several large language models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT via the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and FLAN-T5.

The decision will be in accordance with the specific requirements of each firm, as determined by brand standards, product terminology, and consumer insights.
